This department is an independent department which is established by BASE GENERAL CONTRACTING based on the advices of Loudon International for the pavement evaluation, pre engineering and design of the roads where rehabilitation is required by Cold in Place Asphalt Recycling.
There is a very well established laboratory, which owns different types of lab equipments and tools especially a Falling Weight Defloctometer (FWD) Van mounted machine, for the evaluation of the structural capacity of the roads before and after of the recycling is done.
The Lab is eqiupped with the facilities for IRI,Microtexture,Routing and Cracking Testing.
